In addition to Weichert Utilities Plus we also offer an exciting program called Your Weichert Neighborhood.  Your Weichert Neighborhood is a program that allows you to include local service providers alongside national service providers to insure your customers are receiving the absolute best products and services your local area provides.  Whether your customers are interested in getting discounts on home audio equipment or moving supplies, Your Weichert Neighborhood is a simple 24/7 online program that is simple and easy to use for both you and your customers.  The types of service providers are dictated by you (however Weichert will seed your result with some of the services available from our national providers).  Some of the national providers include:

·         Movers and moving supplies

·         Home Security

·         Satellite TV

·         And more  

For your customers, it couldn’t be easier.  All they need to do is: 

1.       Go to your website

2.       Click on your Connection Services hyperlink

3.       Select Your Weichert Neighborhood

4.       Enter their zip code and press ‘GO’ It's that easy!

Getting started with Your Weichert Neighborhood: 

Your Weichert Neighborhood provides you the opportunity to offer local service providers to your customers and generate some advertising revenue for allowing these local providers to advertise on our nationwide platform.  The value to your local service providers is enormous – it provides them the ability to be the first to reach new homeowners in your market.  Consider this:

·         Several studies indicate that new home owners spend on average $20,000 on home related services after the purchase of a new home

·     Weichert is the largest independent real estate company in the nation. 

·         We have over 18,000 sales associates representing over 415 company owned and franchised locations nationwide 

In addition, advertising on Your Weichert Neighborhood helps your local service providers:

·         Create greater awareness of your local service providers business to new home buyers

·         Introduce your customers to your local services providers business and products

·         Target a specific ‘target audience’ for your local service providers

·         Communicate instant, interactive, up-to-the minute information on your local service providers products and services to potential customers

·         Increase traffic to your local service providers web site

We have created several ‘sales flyers’ for you to customize and use to sell this exciting program to your local service providers.  Copies of the sales flyers can be found on Weichert One or simply call your WREA Member Service Manager or your local Weichert Financial Services Regional Solutions Manager.

 Enrollment Process 

Weichert has enrolled hundreds of local service providers and has devised a simple and effective process.  Once you have identified a local service provider and determined the advertising package and pricing that best fits both of your needs (see package and pricing section), the process is just a few steps and almost all on-line.  Simply: 

1.       Direct your local service provider to www.weichertgold.com and select ‘Advertising Opportunities’ on the bottom left corner of the page

2.       Your local service provider will select ‘Apply Now’ and complete the on-line application (please make sure they input your company’s name in the ‘referred by’ section)

3.       Your local service provider then sends the appropriate check to Weichert Gold Services (see package and pricing section) for payment.

4.       The Gold Services team will handle the completion of the advertising agreement, all payment processing, and the advertising insertion in Your Weichert Neighborhood  

Packages and Pricing 

Weichert has devised three advertising packages for your local services providers to choose from. 

Basic Package – 6 lines of text; including name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail

Premium Package – Includes the Basic Package plus their company logo, a map link, and a coupon link

Gold Package – Includes the Premium package plus a web site link and two (2) bonus months  

Since every market is different and since we want you to have the power to craft the relationship with the local service providers as you see fit, we have decided to allow you to determine what price you charge of each of the above packages (above a minimum price).  That’s right – you determine what price is charged to your local service providers!  We have provided you several examples of some more typical prices below. 

Before you determine your price, please know that Weichert will be charging you a $200 one-time administration fee to complete the advertising agreement, payment, and ‘on-boarding’ of your local service provider.  Weichert will also be assessing a 35% fee to cover the costs associated with ongoing system development and maintenance.

 Payment Process 

Payment of advertising fees by you local service provider need to be made at time of application.   The checks should be made out to ‘Weichert Gold Services’ and mailed directly to: Weichert Gold ServicesAttn:  Danielle Forlenza225 Littleton RoadMorris Plains, NJ  07950
